Appointments

You can phone between 8.00 am and 6.00pm Monday & Friday, 7.30am - 6.00pm Tuesday & Wednesday & 8.00 – 1.00pm Thursday. Please ring after 10.00am for routine appointments. If you book an appointment and cannot keep it, do please let the receptionist know as soon as possible so that another patient can benefit from the cancellation.

In addition: registered patients aged 16 – 75 who have not been seen for 3 years may request a consultation.

Registered patients aged 75 years or over who have not been seen in the previous 12 months may request a consultation. (If you are unable to get to the surgery for these checks due to a medical condition a home visit may be arranged.)

We also offer a translation service for the hard of hearing. Please inform reception if you require this service.

The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

You can book and cancel your appointments and request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required. Please complete an application form available from reception.
