About our practice
We are a partnership of two General Practitioners, who are committed to providing high quality NHS medical care for individuals and families in a friendly and caring environment.
We sincerely hope that your stay with us is a pleasant one.
We have a car park attached to the surgery but there is limited space.
We have suitable access for the disabled, including a disabled toilet. If a patient is unable to get upstairs to see a doctor, they will come down and see you.
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
You can book and cancel your appointments and request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required. Please complete an application form available from reception.

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?
Appointments are now available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice.
Monday to Friday: 6:30 – 8:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of three locations. Please note opening hours will vary between hubs:

- Somerset Gardens Family Health Centre, 4 Creighton Road, London N17 8NW
- Queenswood Medical Practice, 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD
You can make an appointment if you are registered at any practice in Haringey. You will be able to see a local Haringey GP or healthcare professional. It may be someone from your practice, and if not, it will be another local GP, Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.
